The City is exploring ways to improve transportation options within mostly the downtown area bounded by Bragg Street, Murrow Boulevard, Fisher Avenue and the future A&Y Greenway. We will also be looking at other roadways as part of this Downtown Transportation Study, including the Friendly Avenue and Market Street one-way pair and the intersection of Benjamin Parkway and Battleground Avenue.

We would like your help on identifying ways to improve walking, biking, driving and riding the bus in our study area, so please join myself and our project team by participating in a Stakeholder Workshop on:

Thursday, April 3, 2025

4 - 5 pm (drop in any time)

Greensboro Central Library, Nussbaum Room

219 N. Church Street

DROP IN any time between 4-5pm to learn about the project and talk with our team.

The workshop will be interactive, with informational stations that showcase the various transportation elements of the project. This is your opportunity to review the information and provide feedback BEFORE the general public meeting at 5pm.

Please RSVP your attendance to Karen Simon at simonresrc@gmail.com.  If you are unable to attend at this time, please consider sending a representative in your place (please provide their name and email when you respond) or plan to attend the public meeting at 5pm.

You can also read more about the project at Greensboro Downtown Transportation Study [greensboro-nc.gov]

Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you on Thursday, April 3rd.
