In recognition of this, Well-Spring Solutions will offer a range of free programs geared toward the needs of family caregivers in coming weeks:

A Guide To Physical and Mental Fitness for Family Caregivers

In partnership with HealthTeam Advantage, Well-Spring Solutions will off a free lunch-and-learn talk on physical and mental fitness for family caregivers.  The talk will be led by Savanna Altizer, MS CEP CSCS, Wellness Coordinator, who will share general exercise safety guidelines as well as lead both physical and mental fitness exercises that participants can make part of their daily routine.  Registration is required.  To sign up, please contact Jodi Kolada at jkolada@well-spring.org or (336) 545-4245.  Participants who need respite care for a love one during class times should make arrangements with Jodi when registering.
