Well-Spring, A Life Plan Community in Greensboro and The Village at Brookwood, A Well-Spring Life Plan Community in Burlington, are pleased to announce updates regarding several key positions.
"Whether a leader decided to follow his dream to become an entrepreneur or a team member who had been with us nearly 30 years chose to begin a well-deserved retirement, our organization has undergone some shifts in a few key leadership roles recently, " said Steve Fleming, president and CEO of parent organization The Well-Spring Group. "But our team is one of the best in the business, and we already had emerging leaders on staff who were ready for advancement. In addition, we've hired a few new team members who bring a wealth of talent. We congratulate each one on their new roles and responsibilities."
Executive Director - Well-Spring, A Life Plan Community
After 29 years at Well-Spring - most recently as Director of Health Services - Misti Ridenour, NHA, has been promoted to Executive Director.
Executive Director - The Village at Brookwood
April Mayberry, LNHA, who has served as Health Care Administrator at The Village of Brookwood since August 2019, has been promoted to Executive Director. Previously she served as an Associate Administrator of Genesis Healthcare in Siler City.
Director of Health Services - Well-Spring, A Life Plan Community
Michael Jones, MHA, NHA succeeds Misti Ridenour, Well-Spring, A Life Plan Community's new Executive Director, as Director of Health Services. Most recently, Jones served as Administrator of the UNC Health Care Rockingham Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center in Eden, N.C.
Director of Dining Services - Well-Spring, A LIfe Plan Community
Todd Dumke, formerly Culinary Operations Chef at Duke University, had become the first new Director of Dining Services at Well-Spring in more than 26 years, upon the retirement of his predecessor. Before his stint at Duke, Dumke worked as Chef de Cuisine at the Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill and in similar leadership roles at the other organizations throughout the Triangle.
Director of Resident Relations - Well-Spring, A Life Plan Community
Katie Dannemiller has been hired as Well-Spring, A Life Plan Community's new Director of Resident Relations. She comes to Well-Spring from the Greensboro Grasshoppers, where she has worked since 2005, most recently as Vice President of Baseball Relations.
